Join Curator Amber Satterthwaite, Sommelier Catherine Coughlin, and UC Davis Professor Jim Lapsely, Ph. We will discuss entertaining on the Drayton tables and the enslaved people who likely served for them. We'll talk about the economic and social concerns and their implications regarding the wines imported by Charles Drayton, and the regions from which his wine choices came.
