To complete your return, please e-mail shop@draytonhall.org for return approval and a return shipping label. Ship your returned product with your order confirmation number and contact information with the provided shipping label. Once your return is received you will be issued store credit for the returned products minus shipping costs within 3-5 business days of the received return.
Returns will be accepted 30 days from the time of purchase. Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days.
Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Perishable goods, sale items, and clothing are not eligible for return.
