Wassail Wine Spices
- 1.5 oz Spices - Brews 1 Gallon
- Contents: Orange Peel, Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Cloves
- For a Gallon Brew: Fill a pot with 1 gallon of red wine or port. Mix in orange peel, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice. Add ½ cup sugar, and simmer at low heat for 1-2 hours. Strain and serve hot.
Cider Spices Wassail
- 1.5 oz Spices - Brews 1 Gallon
- Contents: Cinnamon Sticks, Cut Ginger, Ground Nutmeg
- For a Gallon Brew: Fill a pot with 1 gallon of fresh apple cider, ale, or mead. Mix in cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg with ½ cup sugar, and simmer at low heat for 1-2 hours. Strain and serve hot.
Orange Clove Hot Toddy
- 1.5oz Spices - Brews 1 Gallon
- Contents: Cinnamon Sticks, Orange Peel, Roasted Chicory, Cloves

For a Single Serving: Fill spice bag with 1 tablespoon spices. Add spice bag and 1 cup boiling water to a glass tumbler. Steep spices 5 minutes, then remove spice bag. Add 1 teaspoon honey. Stir in 2 ounces of whiskey, rum, or brandy. Top off the glass with boiling water, serving steaming hot with a cinnamon stick.
Lemon Ginger Hot Toddy
- 1.5oz Spices - Brews 1 Gallon
- Contents: Cinnamon Sticks, Lemongrass, Ginger, Lemon Peel
