Classic Southern style Skillet Cornbread Mix. Made with local stoneground yellow cornmeal. Combine mix with milk, stir and pour into a well greased 8-10" cast iron skillet or baking pan and bake. Can also be used to make cornbread muffins. Bake until golden brown and serve hot with butter and local honey. A 16 oz package makes one pan of cornbread.
