Marsh Hen Mill is located in Edisto, South Carolina, where the Johnsman family crows heirloom crops and uses an antique mill to process their harvested grains.
Carolina Gold Rice gets it's name from the beautiful golden hue in the field right before harvest. This long grain rice has exceptional aroma, flavor and texture.
The bobolink ricebird agrees so much that farmers changed planting dates around the migratory pattern of the bobolink to ensure a crop could be made.

Drayton Hall's main house and landscape are open to the public weekly Wednesday through Monday from 9 am to 5:00 pm (gate closes at 3:30 pm). CLOSED on Tuesdays. The gate will accept no cash transactions.
